is holding auditions for DAMN YANKEES on Saturday, January 23th from 10-5 and Sunday, January 24th from 1-5 with callbacks
on Tuesday evening, January 26th. The audition will consist of singing a song of your choice that best showcases your vocal

The All Night Strut Atlanta Lyric Theatre artistic director Brandt Blocker and choreographer Elizabeth Neidel are seeking a strong African
American mezzo-soprano with belt/dancer for their upcoming revue "The All Night Strut." Auditions are this Saturday,
January 9 from 1-4 at The Murray Arts Center on the Campus of Mt. Paran Christian School (2250 Stilesboro Rd, Kennesaw). No
appointment necessary. Auditioners are asked to perform 16 bars from a jazz standard or Broadway selection showing both the
head voice and belt. Auditioners should also be prepared to dance.
"The
All Night Strut" begins rehearsals January 24 and the show opens February 19 and plays through March 7. For details and

The Graduate
The Rosewater Theatre is holding open auditions for The Graduate. Auditions will be held on Monday, January 11 and Tuesday,
January 12 from 7 - 9 PM and on Saturday, January 16 from 3 - 5 PM. Auditioning for 6 males and 5 females aged 20's to 50's.
There will be a cold read from the script! No appointment is necessary. All conflicts must be clearly stated on your audition

Playhouse is holding open non-equity auditions for The Octette Bridge Club by P. J. Barry on Tuesday, January 12 and Wednesday,
January 13 at 7pm. Adriana Bosna Warner will be directing. We will be casting 1 man (27) and 8 women (sisters) between the
ages of 37 and 54. Be prepared to do cold readings from the script. There are eight wonderful roles for women in this sentimental
comedy about American life in a bygone era. On alternate Friday evenings, eight sisters meet to play bridge and gossip. The
first act takes place in 1934; the second ten years later during a Halloween bridge party where each acts out her costume's
persona. The emotionally distraught youngest, who does a hilarious Salome belly dance, has just gotten out of a sanitarium
and knows that she must cut the bonds to her smothering family and strike out on her own. One woman must sing and two must
play the piano. The audition will be at Kudzu Playhouse at 10743 Alpharetta Highway in the Brannon Square Shopping Center

CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG, the most fantasmagorical Broadway musical in the history of everything, is searching
for six children in the Atlanta area to make their stage debut with CHITTY at The Fabulous Fox Theatre when she arrives on
Tuesday, April 21 for an eight performance engagement through Sunday, April 26! Based on the timeless
novel by famed James Bond author and creator, Ian Fleming, the production features the music and lyrics by the legendary Sherman
brothers, composers of Mary Poppins. The national tour also features an original script and fresh adaptation directed by Ray
Roderick. CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG boasts a beloved score, including memorable classics such as "Truly Scrumptious,"
"Toot Sweets," "Hushabye Mountain" and the Oscarâ-nominated title song, "Chitty Chitty Bang
Bang." Auditions will be held at Gwinnett Place Mall in Belk Court on April 2 at 5:00 p.m.
Auditioning children are to arrive no later than 4:30 p.m. accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign-up for the audition.
Auditions will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. Each child will be asked to sing a cappella 16 bars from one up-tempo song
of choice. Children should be prepared to learn and execute simple choreography as part of the audition process. No
decisions will be announced at any time during the auditions. Six children will be selected for the ensemble,
and they will appear as orphans in Act 2 of every performance. Two alternates will also be chosen. Approximate
ages should be between 8 and 12 years old - and have the appearance of children, NOT young adults. Professional experience
and headshots are not required. The local children cast in the production and their parents or guardians
will be provided rehearsal and performance information. The children will not receive any compensation, however this
is a wonderful opportunity for children from Atlanta to perform onstage with professional actors without having to ever leave
town. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang will play The Fox Theatre Tuesday, April 21 through Sunday, April 26.
Performances during the week start at 8:00 p.m. Performances on Saturday are at 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Cherokee Theatre Company in Canton,
GA will hold auditions for this beloved classic comedy on February 9 & 10, 2009, at 7:30PM on the main stage of the Cherokee
County Arts Center, 94 North Street, Canton, GA. Performance dates are May 8 & 9 and May 15 & 16. Rehearsal schedule
will be posted on the web site (see below). The large cast is made up of men and women,ages ranging from early 20's to
late 60's. "You Can't Take it With You", written by Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman,is the story of the
delightful, if eccentric, Sycamore family, whose daughter, Alice, falls in love with Tony, the son of the proper, but unhappy,
Kirby family. The mayhem begins with the Kirbys arrival for dinner on the wrong evening and finding the Kirbys at their zaniest,
and continues when the tax collector comes for Grandfather. This format is the forerunner of what has become the standard
